So after waiting 16 months since applying for a food hygiene rating – I was eventually inspected this month- and whilst feeling confident that I have everything in place to ensure that I am fully compliant – it always nice to be reassured by receiving your 5 star rating – or as we Chefs refer to it as “Scores on the doors”.
